Project Background A regional food distribution warehouse in the US Midwest needed to upgrade its material handling fleet. The facility operates indoors 10 hours per day, with strict requirements for zero exhaust emissions and low noise. Narrow aisles and frequent loading/unloading of packaged food goods created handling challenges for their old equipment.

Site Challenges

Solution & Equipment Selection After site condition assessment, 2.5-ton lithium electric forklifts were selected. Compact body design fits narrow aisles. The electric power system produces no exhaust and low operation noise. Quick-charging lithium batteries support continuous multi-shift work.

Operation Outcome After 4 months of continuous use, the warehouse eliminated exhaust pollution inside the facility. Smooth turning performance improved goods moving efficiency in narrow aisles. Maintenance frequency dropped compared with the previous internal combustion fleet, and on-site operation noise was reduced significantly.
